The staff were the best - they were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. the location is quiet, central, and close to the main center and other attractions in Marrakesh. - the room was impeccably clean, had good storage, and fresh towels were provided. - the roof top terrace was a lovely haven to relax after a day of exploring. - There is public parking nearby which was convenient. - There is a shop to exchange money around the riad on the Main Street.

We had a room with a nice bath and a great location close to all the attractions. Additionally, the view was enjoyable, situated in the Kasbah.

The breakfast every morning was delicious and we enjoyed chatting with Lalla Merieme and her housekeeper. The hotel was situated in a very good area where you can find cheap and delicious street food vendors. Our room had a heater, which was very useful at night. the staff was very helpful and made sure our room was clean every day.

The noise from the highway next to the hotel was disturbing at times.

I had the pleasure of staying at Merieme's riad for a week-long vacation. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like family by Merieme, her husband Christian, and their attentive staff. The riad itself was a unique and charming place, with a beautiful roof terrace and even a palm tree in the middle of the house. The rooms were traditional, cozy, and spotlessly clean, with a lovely touch of fresh roses upon my arrival. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the bustling market, yet tucked away in a peaceful and safe area. What truly made this place special was the heartwarming hospitality of Merieme and her team. As a solo traveler, Merieme went above and beyond to ensure my safety and enjoyment, even taking a whole day to show me around the city. Her personal touch, like arranging for someone to accompany me to the hammam and being there to pick me up after a massage, made my stay truly unforgettable. I will definitely be returning to this unique riad and am incredibly grateful to have found such a special place.
